How to make a Crazy Hat Soda Bottle

 January 15 is  National Hat Day. A hat is one type of headwear that is used to cover the head. A century ago, wearing a hat was regarded as a sign of social rank. Hats are often worn for fashion, just like today. It isn't the only hat day celebrated in the nation. Many schools celebrated hat days. It is sometimes called "Crazy Hat Day". Some people may observe it as Hats On For Awareness Day. 

It is a local charity that raises funds to increase the reach of mental health programs that improve the lives of people who are affected by mental illness and addictions and those who live with them. It is also a great way to raise money or awareness for a variety of causes, like finding a cure for brain tumors. Everyone is usually urged to wear their favorite hat on this day. And indeed, by filling the day with activities for funny hat day, you may make it one to remember.

Making hats in the style of Abe Lincoln, Groucho Marx, or Mario and Luigi from "The Mario Brothers" is a tradition that can be followed, but you can also have a fun by making hat  like "feathers," "puff balls," "pipe cleaners," "flowers," "horns," and other funny looking hat.

This Crazy Hat Coke Bottle is a very easy one.

What you need:

A soda bottle ( a slit or a cut on the side) 

a  cup 

bobby pin or hair clip

Instructions:

• Tie your kid's hair into a high pony tail.
• Twist the hair around, insert it  and slide it into the bottle's slit  
• Pull it through where the slit is,grab around and insert the pony tail so it will stay in place.
• Take your cup and your bobby pin, clip the cup into the hair and hang the hair into it. 

The hair will looked like the soda is pouring into the cup.
